Refund Policy
If a puppy’s veterinary check-up indicates any discrepancies with the provided health documentation or if the puppy is found to be unhealthy or diagnosed with genetic defects, the buyer is eligible for a full refund. This refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. However, for those seeking a replacement puppy, the buyer must obtain written verification of genetic defects from two different licensed veterinarians.
In the first 90 days after purchase, if the buyer determines that they can no longer provide adequate care for the puppy, they may return the puppy for a full refund. Before issuing the refund, the breeder will perform a health assessment to confirm that the puppy has not suffered due to changes in its living situation. If the puppy is found to be unwell, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.
After the initial 90 days from the date of purchase, buyers will no longer qualify for a refund if they wish to return the puppy for care-related reasons.
Return Policy
If the buyer chooses to return the puppy within the first 90 days due to the inability to provide care, they will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs. After this 90-day period, the buyer will still be liable for the re-shipping fee if they wish to return the puppy for the same reason.
If a veterinary examination performed by the buyer within the first week of purchase reveals that the puppy is unwell or has genetic defects, the breeder will cover the re-shipping costs.
Return and Refund Process
To initiate a return and refund, buyers must complete the form located at the bottom of the page. The breeder will review the submission within 24-48 hours and begin processing the refund within 3-5 business days.

While I have not encountered any returns due to health issues or genetic defects, I maintain a thorough return and refund policy to provide peace of mind for all buyers. The only return I have processed was from an owner who had to move abroad for work and could not find a suitable caregiver for their puppy.
